Museum Background
The World Museum lies just beyond the outlet of the Birkenhead Tunnel, next to the Walker Art Gallery. It is a very modern museum on five floors with lift access to each floor.
Recommended to us by a member, Dr Dewi Davies, this museum has something of interest for everyone; planetarium, space, dinosaurs, world cultures, the ancient world and the natural world.
There is a café on both the ground floor and the fifth floor.
